Please note that the submission form is appropriate to submit a general, non-confidential description of your invention to MD Start for evaluation. You should not disclose confidential information about the invention on this form, especially if you intend to file for a patent application. Disclosure of confidential information could prevent you from obtaining a patent on the invention.
