Moon Surgical was initiated based on technology and IP developed at the ISIR (Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique), part of Sorbonne University in Paris, together with Pr. Brice Gayet, a world renown digestive surgeon and pioneer in laparoscopy.
Moon Surgical aims to augment the surgeons with leaps forward in computer vision, haptics, and robotics, all uniquely configured in its proprietary platform.
Moon Surgical is currently focusing on finalizing its commercial system ahead of commercial launch in 2024.
